Choosing a doula can be an overwhelming task. It is so important to find a doula you feel comfortable and “vibe” with. That is why I offer free consultations with all of my services so we can get to know one another. This meeting gives you the opportunity to ask more questions, get to know a little bit more about me, my birth philosophies and support style, but most importantly- allows us to establish a relationship before we start working together!

Birth Support

• A minimum of 4 prenatal visits in which we will discuss birth options and comfort measures, choices in childbirth settings, establish a relationship with you and your family, and educate on what to expect during pregnancy, labor and early postpartum.

• 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks on

• Continuous labor support during active labor and birth, including educating on and implementing position changes, comfort measures such as touch, breath work, and meditation, and providing you and your family evidence based information to make informed decisions during the birth process

• Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth to get you and your family settled, encourage bonding and initiate breastfeeding if desired

• 4 postpartum visits during the first six weeks after the birth

• referrals to trusted resources and providers, when needed

$1,800-2,300

My pricing is based on a sliding scale to help be accessible to more families.
